Pacific Northwest non-profit running dedicated monthly evening sessions and progressive workshops for women, trans, non-binary, and older returning skaters across Seattle skateparks like Lower Woodland and Judkins Park.
Skate Like a Girl’s Seattle chapter has cultivated one of the most inclusive skateboarding communities in the Pacific Northwest. Their dedicated evening sessions provide a welcoming environment specifically reserved for older skaters, beginners, and returning riders navigating their boards after years away.
Free loaner boards, helmets, and protective pads are available at all community sessions. Sessions regularly rotate through local parks, including the separate street zone at Lower Woodland Skatepark. For setup tune-ups or gear recommendations, the crew pairs with 35th North on Capitol Hill.
