Situated in the heart of Downtown Miami, Lot 11 Skatepark is a sprawling, state-of-the-art concrete facility. Because it is built entirely under the I-95 overpass, the park is completely covered. This provides critical shade from the intense Florida sun and protection from rain, making it an incredibly practical and reliable spot for older skaters with limited time windows.
The facility is divided into distinct zones, including a smooth skate plaza, two unique street-style courses with varying obstacles, and a contest-ready curved bowl. With lights keeping the park active until 10:00 PM every day, it’s one of the few places in Miami that remains dependably skateable regardless of the weather.
