Terrain & Features
A spacious public concrete park featuring a wide variety of mellow obstacles well-suited for those learning to skateboard. Its open layout helps spread out traffic, making it less intimidating for older skaters and beginners.
Mira Loma Skatepark, locally known as Rattlesnake Mountain Skatepark, is a highly regarded destination for skateboarders of all skill levels. The park’s large footprint and variety of transition sizes make it a great spot for older skaters returning to the board. Because of its scale, it never feels overly crowded even when busy.
For those just starting out, there are several mellow transition lines to get comfortable pumping. As with any public park, visiting on weekday mornings often means having the place largely to yourself. Accessing the parking lot requires traveling northbound on South McCarran Boulevard.
